When you hear the world “Open Day”, what goes through your mind? Err… college? Yup! Tunku Abdul Rahman (TAR) College will be having an Open Day at all its campuses. They have 6 campuses in total around Malaysia – Kuala Lumpur Main Campus, Penang, Peark, Johor, Pahang, and Sabah Branch Campuses. From 18th to 20th December 2009 at 10am onwards, parents and students alike can come to enquire for their next step to education. There will be academic counseling, career guidance talks, multimedia presentations, Fun with English language, cooking and baking demonstrations, exhibitions, showcase of Students’ Innovative Projects and campus tours for the “future” students to experience. If quaking ain’t enough for you, Techflow aka UNITEN Christian Fellowship will be presenting to you Christmas Production 2009! Don’t just celebrate Christmas alone – spread the joy of this season to everyone! The funds collected from this event will be donated to Stepping Stones Living Centre, Beautiful Gate Foundation For The Disabled, and Spastic Children Association of Selangor & Federal Territory. Big Move For These Students

A group of American Degree Transfer Program (ADTP) students from Sunway University College received scholarships and some received university transfer from prestigious universities across America. These students are active students in both studies and extra-curriculum. Twelve students were awarded with US$8,000 per annum worth of scholarships. Some of the universities involved are Western Michigan University (WMU), Illinois Institute of Technology, University of Missouri, Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida, Chapman University in Orange County, California, and New York University.
